We recognise that sometimes things go wrong and that those with interact with us may have cause to complain. We would like to make matters better and learn from any mistakes that we have made.
The purpose of this policy is to outline our commitment to listen to a complaint and to deal with it in a professional manner. The policy is by necessity a formal document but that should not be a barrier to good communication and we are open to discuss your complaint whether verbally or in writing. The policy is reviewed periodically in line with industry best practice and as legislation or other guidance dictates.
We are members of an industry ombudsman who will hear your complaint if you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your complaint after following the steps outlined below. Our Membership number is D10692.
For clarity, our full business name is Ableway Associates Limited trading as Williams Property Management and although we refer to Williams Property Management or WPM, you may find some legal documents refer to Ableway Associates Limited also.
