The roots of Williams Property Management are in commercial trading in Guildford from where we daily supplied over 500 retail shops, forecourts, offices, health and educational establishments with newspapers and magazines. That operation built us an enviable knowledge of commercial premises in the local area. We currently manage a number of small retail premises, industrial sites and warehouses on behalf of private clients.
Small retail premises are our speciality having owned, traded from and developed many such sites over many years. In particular, we understand very well the demands and constraints upon both landlord and tenant and the need for strong working relationships for mutual benefit. Many smaller retail sites in town centre or edge of town locations can benefit from reconfiguration, introduction or remodelling of residential parts and working with commercial tenants to improve returns.
